Public Stream Access Sites

Gilmer County is home to five public fishing and boating stream access sites along the Little Kanawha River. In addition, trails along Cedar Creek and park ponds provide excellent spots for fishing. For site locations, visit the Sportsman's Page.

Cedar Creek State Park has a full size pool - and a shallow baby pool, surrounded by sidewalks, and a grassy area.

There is an indoor pool at Glenville State College! For pool hours and availability, call 304-462-7361.

Both outdoor pools are near camping, picnic and recreation facilities.
